Let’s make a Game is an interestingly implemented educational programme, which reminds Cartoon Makera to a large extent. This time, however, instead of animated films, the youngest computer users are involved in creating their own (quite simple, but at the same time quite fun) computer games.
The user-friendly interface allows children to create unique levels on which virtual struggles will be played later on. The kids choose their own scenery, place their opponents, traps, weapons and bonuses on the board. In a word: they have at their disposal practically everything they need to do a nice game. Of course, once the design is complete, every player can almost immediately test his or her work to see if he or she has completed his or her project as planned.
By doing the above mentioned activities, children develop creative thinking, learn how to predict the consequences of simple events, etc. They also learn how to make a logical prediction of the consequences of simple events. The product also develops the imagination of users, thanks to which they can realize their ideas. In addition, on the DIY GAME CD there are six games made in the same program by its creators. The whole is enriched with a colorful graphic design.
