This is an action-adventure platformer in which players assume the role of a creature (wum) looking for a new home. Players traverse platforms, collect items, solve puzzles, and defeat various enemies along the way. Some characters use sticks to strike players' character; the wum sometimes uses a paint cannon to shoot at enemies, who disappear into puffs of smoke when defeated.
