## Description
_Wishbone: Activity Zone_ is a game with some educational elements for
children aged seven and up starring the dog Wishbone from the TV series. It
contains ten activities and they are all started from central library that
acts as a hub. The game contains for instance summaries for a number of
classic novels and these are narrated by Wishbone. Similarly there is an
activity where only the introduction of a famous story is provided and the
player has to choose between different paragraphs to reconstruct the story in
a logical way. The scrap book holds a collection of Wishbone photos for the
player to browse.
Clicking the boat leads to a mini-game with Tom Sawyer. Wishbone needs to stay
on a raft as long as possible and the arrow keys are used to dodge debris.
Points are scored for every item dodged and there are three tries in total.
The portrait with the monster of Dr. Frankenstein leads to a Hangman type of
game where the names of famous monsters or phrases need to be guessed. After a
number of successful guesses all monsters are put in the maze, a gate fully
opens and a new mini-game can be started. Shown from a top-down view a maze
needs to be navigated with only a small part lit up. Wishbone needs to collect
an object and find the exit. Walking over grates opens them and this can be
used to make the monsters fall down and they can be closed again. Pizza and
snacks make the dog invincible.
The Robin Hood mini-game is a board game for up to two players and with three
difficulty levels. The goal of the game called Spar is to create a solid line
of coins from one side of the board to the other. Players take turns placing
coins and there are strategic elements to block progress. Another activity
leads to different sets with props. These can be gathered and need to be put
at the correct set.
