Two-To-Ten

## Description

_Two-To-Ten_ is a card game similar to _Black Jack_. The player is dealt
cards (with values in the range two to ten) and must try to get as close as
possible to a random number determined at the start of the round. The player
isn’t told the exact limit, but only a value within 15% of the limit. The
player also draws a lucky limit card which determines how close the player may
come to the limit to win. The player goes bust if the limit is exceeded.
