TT Isle of Man 2 is the second installment in a series of motorcycle racing games launched in 2018. Like its predecessor, it was based on the Isle of Man TT Race, the famous cyclical event held on the Isle of Man almost continuously since 1907; due to the fact that over a hundred years several hundred motorcyclists have died there, it is considered to be one of the most dangerous races in the world. The game was developed by the French development studio Kylotonn (also known as KT Racing), which has in its portfolio such games as V-Rally 4, FlatOut 4: Total Insanity, and WRC games, while its release was taken care of by Bigben Interactive.
### Mechanics
The game revolves around races held on the current version of the Snaefell Mountain circuit, which measures less than sixty kilometres and runs entirely on the Isle of Man’s roads. In addition, there are real players who took part in the 2019 season and their teams in the game. During the game, players can ride different licensed motorcycles.
Compared to the first part of the series, the game described herein features not only a better track reflection, but also a much improved handling system.
### Technical aspects
Three-dimensional visualsof TT Isle of Man 2 present a quality level similar to that of the first installment of the cycle. The motorcycles have been carefully crafted, and the detailed surroundings may also be pleasing to one’s eye. Also noteworthy is the audio layer, at the forefront of realistic sounds of two-wheeled machines.
