The Great War is the first large scale conflict, spread throughout the entire globe. The technologies after the industrial revolution at the time allowed nations to build more destructive arsenal. The tactics, however, did not keep up to the weapons: in Europe, millions of soldiers died, only to gain a small amount of territory.
War Veteran: Great War is a student research project that focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The aim is to make NPCs (non-playable characters) learn as fast as possible the playstyle of their human counterpart and use it against them.
