A great throwback to the Ninja Gaiden games, channeling their difficulty, but dialing it down just enough so that it wasn’t impossibly hard like the old ones. Really appreciated the sense of humor and personality the game has too. My only issue was that there’s a period where the game drags for an extra hour or two and feels like it fumbles the story a bit toward the end, but admittedly that’s not why I come to these types of games anyway.
