The Legend of Beowulf is an action adventure game that has been developed primarily for younger fans of electronic entertainment.

The plot of the described production refers in a loose way to the famous poem telling the adventures of the title Scandinavian warrior. The young player was treated to a more accessible adaptation of this work, focusing on showing selected events given in a fairy tale form. The action of the game takes place in the 6th century AD, and the character controlled by us in the initial phase of the game focuses on locating and defeating the beast called Grendel. In the next phase of the game, after the official coronation of Beowulf as King of Denmark, we have to face the mother of the defeated monster.

In the course of the game, we directly control Beowulf’s character, exploring a variety of lands and eliminating funny opponents. Bears stand in the way of the title warrior, although some missions also include fierce battles with powerful battles. During breaks between fights we solve simple puzzles and join many interesting mini-games.

The Legend of Beowulf takes place in a three-dimensional environment, which, depending on the stage chosen, can be observed from many different camera shots. Noteworthy are the funny interludes featuring Beowulf and other characters in the story.
