This is a VR horror game in which players assume the role of an amnesiac patient in an asylum. As players uncover clues to their identity and the reason for their institutionalization, they can interact with characters and make choices that affect the outcome of the story. Several scenes depict characters being attacked and mauled by a monster or shot by guards. In one sequence, a guard is seen shooting a wounded woman as she pleads for mercy. Victims/corpses are depicted with bloodstained clothing, and one room contains severed hands. The word “f**k” appears in the dialogue.
