## Description
_Teleorpacman_ is a Pac-Man clone released during the massive protests that
took place in Romania in early 2017, the title referring to Teleorman county,
which is widely seen as the fiefdom of the president of the Social Democrat
Party (PSD), Liviu Dragnea. Dragnea’s head takes the place of the familiar
yellow character, while the ghosts are represented by Laura Codru ța Kovesi,
Chief Prosecutor of the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA), Klaus
Iohannis, President of Romania, the (flag of the) European Union, listed in
the description as “ambassadors”, and a sign saying “HOTII!” (THIEVES!),
representing the protesters or, according to the description, the civil
society. Călin Popescu-Tăriceanu, president of PSD’s allies ALDE, occasionally
appears in a fixed location, eating him granting some bonus points.
The dots to be eaten are dollar signs and the power ups are represented by OUG
13, which is the emergency ordinance that triggered the protests, eating one
temporarily turning the enemies into logos of RTV, which is a TV station loyal
to PSD and which has made a rule of constantly launching accusations and
conspiracy theories against protesters and opposition forces. When the enemies
are in this form, they may be eaten for bonus points, the bonus doubling for
each additional enemy eaten before the effect wears off. Once eaten, an enemy
turns into the hammer and sickle and slides back to the enemy starting area,
only recovering after reaching it.
