**Gameplay flow:**
Starting with only a basic sub, you’ll head out and explore the ocean at your leisure. Just make sure to return to The Umbilical for repairs and to buy upgrades! Upgrades are purchased with “research points”. Research points are earned by scanning new types of fish, and for finding artifacts.

Tachyon Reef will be a relaxing gaming of exploration. There may be tense moments, but success won’t rely on reflexes. You may find yourself losing track of time as you push the limits, discover new things, and unlock new abilities.

**Story:**
A portal was discovered suspended in the artic ocean. Craft that entered it would just disappear. Eventually we sent manned submersibles and discovered the Tachyon Reef. The findings in the reef have led to amazing advancements in technology on Earth. You are the leader and captain of a small expedition to discover the wonders of this new world.
