Soldier Vs Aliens is a 2D arcade shooter game shown from a side view set in
a sci-fi universe. The player controls a soldier who is sent in to kill aliens
and rescue civilians. The game has him defending himself from aliens in many
waves. To survive the large swarms he can move behind obstacles that are
gradually destroyed by enemies. The soldier can only move up and down and
shoot enemies, but he has a small range. While playing it is possible to
quickly switch between weapons. When shooting constantly weapons overheat.
Between missions new weapons, armor, gun turrets etc. can be bought in a shop
with the money earned by killing aliens. Sometimes the level progress offers
multiple paths with a choice between arenas. Next to the main campaign there
is an endless survival mode.
