**Silent World** is a free, 2d MMO/RTS game featuring an original mixture of role-playing and strategy gameplay. SW is being developed and is in early alpha stage.

The easiest way to describe **Silent World** is to say: Ultima Online meets Warcraft2. SW is a hybrid of a **n mmo RPG** and a classic **RTS game**.

In multiplayer, players are divided into two teams: Orcs and Humans. Both nations compete for resources which are necessary for technological advancement – the only way of getting advantage over the other race. Every player controls his own character, like in Ultima Online. What is more, he can also control a number of additional NPC units, jut like in Warcraft 2!
