## Description
_Second Novel_ is a visual novel adventure game revolving around a tragic
past and trying to remember what exactly has happened by reliving it. Naoya,
the protagonist, Ayano, and Yuichi have been close friends during their high
school days. But one day, Yuichi fell to his death from the roof of a high
school building. Five years have passed since that day, and Naoya has moved
and is regular salary man. During summer holidays, he returns to his hometown
and reunites with Ayano who has a memory problem in a way that she can only
remember 15 minutes of the time the two of them met. Together, they reminisce
and try to recall their high school days which in turn may also shed some
light into Yuichi’s untimely death. Beside the story mode, the game also has
so-called fragment mode which slowly gets unlocked with new memory fragments
as the player unfolds the main story scenario. The library, accessible via
main menu, contains various bonuses and unlockables, namely memory scenes, CG
gallery, and a music player.
