## Description
Dirk Bronzetorso, a normal if rather tasteless Englishman, discovers an
invoice upon his return home. He has forgotten to pay his gas bill, and now
has only 24 hours to do so, or the Alien Bongo Beast, head of bill payments
(and known from _Balldozer_ ) will transport him to the criss-crossy lines
dimension, where he must fight millions of baddies. Unfortunately, Dirk is
attacked by an axe-wielding aubergine in his fridge, and lacking all his
limbs, he doesn’t manage to pay the bill on time. Thus begins Dirk’s
adventures in the criss-crossy lines dimension.
The criss-crossy lines turn out to be the grid backdrop of this
omnidirectionally scrolling shoot’em’up in monochrome screen mode. While
attacked from all directions, you must destroy eight generator vents to
disable the defence systems of the level. Before you can progress to the next
one, you must fight a boss. The controls are similar to _Bosconian_ , working
in eight directions, but with an additional thrust button as in _Asteroids_.
At your disposal, you have both a gun and missiles.
