This is a music and rhythm simulation game in which players can perform songs along with on-screen avatars. Players follow along on the guitar, bass, drums, or microphone and are scored based on the accuracy of notes hit. Some song lyrics contain references to drugs/drug use: “There's too much coke and too much smoke”; “Stuck a needle in your arm/So take another toke have a blow for your nose”; “Can't speak a word when you're full of 'ludes.” A handful of songs also reference sexual activity: “Take out the garbage, masturbate”; “I miss the rough sex...".
