Retro
Retro is not a compilation of previously released games, but eight remakes
of retro arcade hits with enhanced graphics and sounds. Although some details
change (Gobbler’s mazes are not the same as Pac-Man ones, Hopper’s view is
isometric) the gameplay is the same. Reading between the lines :
* Bounce’n Break is Breakout
* Bubble Puzzle is Bust-A-Move
* Gobbler is Pac-Man
* Hopper is Frogger
* Laser Command is Missile Command
* Light Racer is Tron
* Roids is Asteroids
* Space Raiders is Space Invaders
As for the arcade versions, you can select a one or two players game, and the
best of them will have their initials displayed in a high score table. You
cannot select a difficulty level since it increases automatically as you
progress through the levels.
