## About This Game

Purchase run-down homes to renovate, stage and flip for a huge profit or
build them from the ground up!

No limits, grid-less construction! Expand your square footage by building out
foundations and floors, knock down walls to create open living spaces, put up
new drywall to add an extra room, bring in more sunlight by installing big
windows or create a unique roof – the possibilities are endless.
## First Person or Overhead
Construct houses from an overhead view or instantly switch to a first person
mode for the finer details. Walk through and interact with your creations –
all while designing, building and staging in either mode.
## Fix Up
Pull up overgrown weeds, get rid of trash and replace broken windows and
rusted appliances. Repair damaged roofs, missing floorboards and peeling
paint. Start your rehab with a clean slate.
## Rooms
Going for five bedrooms or think buyers will want three with an office and
large master closet? Use the Rooms tool to designate what every space in the
home is intended for. Select from a expansive list of room types and lay out
the perfect floor plan.

Good bones and a huge floor plan are only part of what buyers want. You need
to show them how to best use the space to get top dollar! Stage homes from a
large catalog of furniture, artwork, appliances and lighting. Install premium
toilets and showers or create a luxury kitchen with high end counter tops and
fixtures.
## Paint
Lay down fancy wood flooring or put up unique wallpapers. Replace dated
popcorn ceiling with modern tin tiles or swap out that exterior vinyl siding
for premium cedar planks. Can’t find the exact paint color you want for the
walls? Choose any color that catches your eye with a custom color wheel!

Don’t forget to plan good curb appeal! Plant bushes, flowers and trees to
create a dream garden. Design the perfect outdoor space by laying stone paths
and fountains, construct elaborate pools or build the ideal outdoor
entertainment space.

Plan your renovations with the market and neighborhood in mind. Think those
marble tiles and luxury appliances will get you a premium in that mid-tier
neighborhood? You may want to reconsider. Avoid costly mistakes by analyzing
the market, neighborhood attributes and specific buyer desires in that area
before you spend all of your cash.

## Career Mode
Work your way through hand-crafted neighborhoods of increasing affluence and
prestige by buying run-down properties and (hopefully) make a huge profit!
Unlock access to new items as you complete each neighborhood and renovate
larger and more luxurious properties.
## Developer Mode
Become an actual property developer! In this Sandbox mode, you are given a
clean grassy slate to design the perfect neighborhood. Lay down individual
property plots and construct every home from foundation to roof. Build out
your neighborhood with streets, sidewalks and foliage to increase your
neighborhood’s affluence – and buying price – to create a place every
homeowner will want to be.
## Creative Mode
Only interested in creating your dream home or try out a crazy design idea? In
Creative mode, you are given an unlimited budget and a plot of land to let
your imagination come alive.
## Steam Workshop
Share your designs with fellow Rehabbers and check out homes built by the
community!
