## Description
_Rangoon_ is an implementation of a solitaire card game from the Netherlands.
The author originally wrote the game in 1986 and released a postcardware
Windows port in 1992 and a browser port in 2014.
The cards are dealt face up into four rows of thirteen and the kings are
removed and placed at the left of each row leaving gaps behind them. Other
cards can be moved into these gaps if they are of the same suit as the card on
the left and one below it in rank. The object being to build up four
descending sequences below the king.
The game has many variations, some change the way the kings are moved and
whether other cards can be moved before all kings are extracted, other
variants give the player more redeals when they get stuck.
