Summary
Psichodelya pays homage to old-school style top-down shmups (shoot-em-up’s) such as DoDonPachi, Ikaruga, Espgaluda, R-Type Delta, Aero Fighters, Giga Wing, Raiden, and more recent Jamestown. Players control one of 3 playable ships – dodging bullets and destroying wave after wave of enemies for points in either single or 2 player local coop modes. There are 5 manic levels, each with an epic boss and 5 difficulty levels.

| Game Analysis | In the clouds reaching as low as the gusts of dusty winds is where we find our hero - inside the spaceship ready for battle, armed and ready. Rugged battle spaceships combating each other over industrial and military complexes as far as the laser can reach. One strange race against the other - without mercy and without continues. No human form can be observed around, but the remains under the dunes, the architecture and riverbed forms tell a different story. Our hero, confidently cruising in his favorite spaceship, gets roused by the warning sign. "Warning! Approaching the target of attack!" Laser gatlings - at the ready. Tripple H bombs - at the ready.
