Prehistoric is the work of Anuman Interactive developers. The production was created as part of the Joystick Replay program, which aims to remind players of hits from the 80s and 90s of the XX century (including Titan, Fire & Forget, The Bulecoats: North vs. South and others).
The action of the game was set in prehistoric times. Above the cave tribe hung the threat of hunger after a cruel giant stole food supplies. The thief is followed by the brave Grag. During the hardships of a dangerous expedition, the hero can count on the support of a friend – flies.
The game combines elements of 2D platforming and skill fighting. Guided by Grag’s actions, the player wanders through the crazy world of cavemen, where you can come across, among others, boxing dinosaurs, pig surfing, and even jet backpacks. Playing is all about jumping between platforms, avoiding traps, fighting enemies and collecting food.
Just like the original from 1991, Prehistoric has an intuitively simple control system. The difficulty level of the game is not too high, but passing some levels can be a challenge even for experienced players.
The prehistoric attracts attention with its attractive visual setting. Two-dimensional graphics abound in humorous animations. The whole aesthetic experience is complemented by a music background that falls into the ear.
