Nikita: The secret of the Pirate Treasure is a simple platformer, directed mainly to the younger audience and fans of the first part of Kapitan Pazur’s adventures. The native Techland is responsible for the development and publication of this handbook.

The player takes on the role of a clever fox named Nikita. The story of the Mystery of the Pirates’ Treasure refers to attempts to find the title treasure of the pirates, as well as the magical sabre, which will provide its owner with control over the oceans of the world. The protagonist must also contribute to stop Doger, who used to be a friend of her father, but one day wanted to grab all the treasures for himself. Doger also found a portal leading to the land where the treasure was hidden, and thanks to the magical potion he managed not to age.

Proper gameplay is based on the necessity of thorough exploration of the environment, avoiding various types of traps, collecting treasures and finding traces that will allow you to reach the magical sabre. The title heroine also fights numerous battles with enemies she encounters, using white weapons. The player has to deal with pirates allied with Doger, as well as the natives living on the islands studied during the game.

The whole thing takes place in a three-dimensional environment. The greatest emphasis was put on showing a realistic animation of the main character’s behaviour. It is also worth mentioning that the level of difficulty has been adjusted to the tastes of younger computer users.
