MXGP 2019 is the fifth part of a series of motocross racing games. This title is developed by the Italian studio Milestone, which is responsible for the series and has in its portfolio both rally positions such as Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo and Gravel, as well as productions dedicated to bikes (MotoGP, RIDE).
### Mechanics
MXGP 2019 is based on a licence from the FIM – Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme. Thanks to that, while fighting for victory in the MXGP and MX2 classes, we compete against all the competitors and teams that participated in the World Championships in the season 2019, as well as playing in the colors of real sponsors or finally we ride one of the several dozen existing motorcycles. Although the driving model developed for the game has an arcade character, it well reflects the real bikers’ struggle. So we must skillfully balance the athlete’s body both before and during jumps, as well as contribute to the corners, which over time create deeper and deeper ruts. Sometimes things are also complicated by changing weather conditions.
### Game modes
In MXGP 2019 we can play alone or fight for victory with other players in multiplayer mode. In addition to an extensive career mode, the game offers a track editor that allows you to select one of four biomes (from wet forest to sandy deserts and the French Riviera to jungle), delineate your own tracks and share them with the community. This is complemented by the Playground module, where we find our open map and improve our skills, face special challenges or choose our own racing routes and challenge other competitors to duels.
### Technical aspects
MXGP 2019 has high quality 3D graphics. Attention is drawn to the carefully designed motorcycles, detailed racing suits and varied routes.
