## Description

Mr. Noisy Presents Balloon War is a game based on the Mr. Men and Little Miss
series of media. You, as the player, must be the first to reach various
balloons throughout each stage. Once you reach the balloon, you must stay
there without it being stolen. There are also many obstacles in your way, but
each character has special abilities to help them or mess up the other player.
There is a total of 5 themes: The Garden, Flowerpots, The Refridgerator, The
Train, and the Deep Space. There are three different levels of difficulty in
case the game is too easy or too hard. The game can also adapt to a difficult
level as the player is playing, which is mainly meant for educational
purposes.
