## Description
_Moraff’s Cyber Pinball_ is a single player, shareware pinball game.
The game consists of many different tables which are designed to be used on
slow, medium and fast machines, as they would be considered in 1996.
Slow machines were expected to use 640×480 resolution and had the following
tables designed for them: Original (the default), Tradition, Classic, Rakclui,
Coinop, Bohan’s Machine, Operation, Flipper, Groucho, Walls, Sectors, and The
MW.
Medium machines were expected to operate in 800×600 resolution and had the
following tables: Teamwork (the default), Centron, Atomizer, Juggler, Pirate,
The Path, Wicker, Temptation and Scott’s Machine.
Fast machines were expected to mainly use 1024×768 resolution and had the
following tables: Cascade, Lavaflow, Pyramid, Vortex, Megaball and The Giant.
The last two had higher resolutions being 1280×1024 and 1600×1200
respectively.
The player selects the table they want to play from the game’s menu bar. The
game prevented the player using a table that was of a higher resolution than
their system was currently set to display. The game would, however, allow low
resolution tables to be played on systems running with a higher setting, in
such cases the game padded out the remainder of the screen with a red border.
While the downloadable shareware release is limited to just a few tables it
does allow the player to preview all the above tables.
Unusually the game allowed the player to change the background and permitted
the use of the player’s own pictures.
The game has in game help files, sound and music with options to disable
either or both, a high score feature for each table, and can be controlled by
the keyboard alone or by a keyboard/mouse combination.
