Game Analysis | Moonshot is a future-noir adventure game and visual novel set in a post-apocalyptic world under the control of a powerful alien race known as the Selenon. Moonshot is planned to be released in 4 chapters, each several hours long. Each chapter will contain several investigation sections, in which the player must navigate the environment to find clues using a point-and-click hidden item style interface, and then use the clues to interrogate a witness or solve a dispute by either proving factual contradictions in their statement or using the player character’s mind-reading powers to find an emotional contradiction. Each chapter also contains a number of drawn and partially animated cutscenes, and a noir-style original soundtrack. | |
