Midnight GT is an early entrant into the swathe of night underground racing
games, a sub-genre made popular by Need for Speed: Underground and the
Midnight Club series of games. The game offers rather advanced graphics for a
title of its caliber, including complex shadow, lighting and reflection
effects on the cars.

A simple budget title, it offers ten tracks in eight different environments
throughout Japan in everything from bustling urban jungles to open rural
roads. The player must place first in each race to be able to access the next
track.
