That is exactly the dream MediSim is here to fulfill. Take on the role as chief of medicine, order the construction of new buildings, purchase equipment, hire staff and FIRE your staff as you wish. You’re the chief! It’s your call.
**Free Building**
One of the important aspects of the game is the posibility to build freely. Sure there’re tiles. But there’s nothing constraining you from building whatever shape, way or form you wish. Take as little or as much space as you wish.
**You’re making it up!**
All conditions are fictional. They’re not meant to mimic any real condition. Teach your staff to treat a broad variaty of conditions. The games database is huge.
**Under the knife**
Some conditions can’t be treated with medication, they require the gentle touch of a skilled surgeon. Equip your hospital with a operating theatre to handle these cases.
**Human resources, hello?**
Hire, fire – Same thing right? Take care of your staff, hire if the workload becomes too great, or fire if there isn’t enough work to go around. Tend to your staffs needs. Their needs are just as important as the patients are.
**Do you smell smoke?**
Get challenged by the AI as it gives you randomized events to handle. Everything from Fires to theft to car accidents. Equip your hospital to handle these events or it might be the end of your career as Chief of medicine.
