LOCKDOWN 187 is a top down shooter/beat em up set in a sci fi world in the not too distant dystopian future, full of psychopathic criminals and lawlessness. The citadels are heavily policed because of the anarchy that reigns freely. In this skew on reality the world has taken a turn for the worst and because of the iron fist of the law combined with technology criminals along with freedom fighters are matching them in numbers and firepower. In LOCKDOWN 187 you will play as one of many deranged characters that have been incarcerated in a heavily fortified underground penal colony, that is also used for human experiments. The game will feature an emphasis on melee combat as well as bullet hell moments when you can get hold of some fire power. We are purposely trying to relive the PS1 days of games and bring back split screen multiplayer carnage in a big and more impressive way with todays graphics and technolgy.
