KOSMOFRONT

Kosmofront – an FPS/RTS game inspired by Battlezone’98 from Activizion.

The setting of the game is the Solar System, not too distant future (~150-200 years). Humankind explores farthest planets, builds bases on Jupiter and Saturn moons. Outpost of the Human Civilization is on Pluto now. Corporations mine Helium-3 on the Moon and rarest Titanium isotopes on Mars. Numerous research labs are set up throughout the system. Science rules Cosmos.

Along with humans, politics comes to space together with conflicts… The main protagonist in the game is one of the participants in another conflict between space superpowers.

Kosmofront is a mix of genres such as SpaceSim, FPS, RTS and even RPG! A player will be able to drive a hover tank (SpaceSim), lead small armies into combat. Build new units and buildings (RTS). On their feet, storm military bases with just a rifle in hands (FPS). Take care of pilots, so they would gain more experience and become real combat veterans by the end of the game (RPG)!

The game is in an early stage of development at the moment. We are working on a pre-alpha version, which will demonstrate some of the game features.
