Game Analysis | Delsin Rowe is the star of Second Son, and you probably know someone like him: A 24 year-old who is absolutely convinced he’s destined for greatness; though so far that greatness has managed to elude him. He grew up just outside Seattle, Washington, where his great – if accidental – calling comes crashing into his life. After rescuing occupants from a fiery bus wreck, he discovers that he suddenly has the ability to direct, manipulate and even transform into… Smoke. Could he have absorbed this power from one of the teenagers he pulled from the wreckage?Setting the scene: It’s been 7 years since the Cole MacGrath episodes and the world has clearly changed. Anyone showing signs of being a so-called “bio-terrorist” is immediately handed over to the Department of Unified Protection (DUP) — a government agency created to ensure there is never a repeat of the catastrophic events of Empire City and New Marais. | |

Story/characters
The Infamous style
Length
Boring side missions
No electricity
Poor implementation of powers
The general great reception of this game does not make much sense to me. Getting more powers, comparing to the previous installments, sounds great in theory, but the actual implementation is clunky. The story is short, but well-written, and the game keeps you busy with side quests – if you care enough to finish them, since they don’t add much to your gaming experience. It is a disappointing sequel, and an average open-world game.
Paced well
Great graphics
Easy to play
Forgettable story
No reason to replay
This was a fun game to play… and that’s about it. The story is pretty much a rehash of the last two infamous games, without much depth. Like a one-night stand: it’s great at the time but in the end not really meaningful at all.

Awesome Gameplay, Breth taking graphics The Powers are incredible. Voice acting is good sound is good too!
It's a bit short with repetitive side missions and the story could've used some work.
Infamous second son is a great game for newcomers, But if your a die hard infamous fan you’ll be a little disappointed.
Good story and characters, but too mutch things beside to do.(To free the Game-World from the D.U.P you must do these “mini missions” who are always the same boring missions).
