## Description
_Hunger Games: Girl on Fire_ is an autorunning / daring escape game made as a
teaser tie-in for the _The Hunger Games_ movie, which is in turn an adaptation
of the book trilogy by Suzanne Collins. The player controls Katniss Everdeen
as she escapes District 12 through the fence surrounding her district. She
hunts in the woods for food for her family and the events take place before
the Hunger Games start. Similar to Canabalt made by the same developer,
Katniss runs at a constant speed and this cannot be controlled by the player.
Instead, a swipe across the screen makes the character alternate between a
higher and a lower level to avoid hazards. A tap on the screen has Katniss
shoot arrows at the Tracker Jackers that chase her. The Jackers either go
after her directly or hover in the air to launch a projectile. After the woods
setting there is an environment with a railroad to find a way back to District
12. The game includes a global ranking through Game Center.
