Work your way through five unique neighborhoods of increasing affluence and
prestige by buying run-down properties and renovating them to earn top dollar!
Unlock access to new items as you complete each neighborhood and renovate
larger and more luxurious properties.
## Sandbox Mode
Create your dream home and neighborhood or try out a crazy design idea! In
Sandbox mode, you are given an unlimited budget and a plot of land to let your
imagination come alive.
## Steam Workshop
Share your designs with fellow Topians, visit other player’s homes and share
custom items to design with (models and textures)
