Hearts! 2

Hearts is a 4-player card game in which the objective is to earn the fewest
points possible. This adaptation can be played against both computer and real
opponents. At the beginning, every player receives 13 cards, of which three
must be passed to an opponent. The first round always starts with the 2 of
Clubs. When their turn comes, each player plays a card of the same suit as the
first one. If there isn’t one, any card can be played.

There is no trump suit – as such the player with the highest-ranking card
takes the trick. The player “wins” points for every card of Hearts taken or
for the Queen of Spades. The one with the least points at the end of the game
wins. Additionally there are risky strategies that can turn a losing situation
into someone’s favor, such as Shooting the Moon or Shooting the Sun.
