Guilty Gear Xrd uses the Unreal Engine 3 and cell-shaded style 3d graphics. It is not a really demanding game. However 60 fps is required in order to follow the fast paced action. A quad core processor from the last 5 years is needed for that coupled with a mid range gaming GPU such as the Nvidia GTX 750 or so.
