Gold Miner Joe is a platform game in which you play as Joe, exploring the
“legendary four-shafted gold mine”. Each shaft contains 12 stages. Complete
all the stages to unlock the next shaft.

The goal for each level is to find all the gold nuggets and then go to the
exit to continue to the next stage. The stages are filled with various enemies
that you need to avoid or take out using your unlimited amount of rocks to
throw at them. You also have a limited set of bombs that you can use to either
kill enemies, or, if you find a crack in the ground, blow up a hole and find
hidden bonus gems for bonus points. Besides normal stages there are also bonus
stages that are filled with gold and other valuables for you to collect and
increase your score.
