## Description
_Gipf for One_ is a freeware, open-source adaptation of Kris Burm’s abstract
board game from 1997, the first of a series of six games sharing similar
concepts created by the same Belgian designer. Two players take turns placing
black and white pieces on a hexagonal grid, where the main objective is to
remove the adversary pieces out of the board by lining up four pieces in a
row. New pieces are added from the starting points dotting the edge of the
playing field, and pushed in moving the whole line forward. Pieces of either
color are continuously reused by both players until one of the them is unable
to add new ones to the board. The game can be played against computer or human
opponents, in one of three variations with an optional timed mode.
