In Gasparilla: Quest for the Key you are hunting treasures while avoiding
hazards similar to playing Minesweeper.

Depending on the difficulty and size settings, you are facing 8×8, 12×12 or
even 24×24 boards filled with numerous hazards (number depends on difficulty
setting) and 8 treasures. As the treasure hunter, you have to click on any
tile you want, either revealing one of the treasures, a hazard, a number or an
empty tile. With the numbers you can tell how many hazards are in all up to 8
adjacent tiles. You have to flag the hazards and collect the treasure.

Once you’ve successfully collected all eight treasures, a box with tell you
that you have won, but will also inform you that you can continue playing
until all empty tiles are discovered for additional points. Once you discover
a hazard, the game is over.
