Summary
This is an alpha build, and while the games main target is the windows phone, it is possible to play a PC version. For this you to either need install XNA Gamestudio 4.0 CTP (with Visual Studio 2010) in here: Creators.xna.com
Or get your hands on the XNA 4.0 redist, which I don’t know if it is allowed to share it.
