Farmers Mahjongg is based on the old NeXTmj Shanghai game for NeXT systems,
which in turn was based on xmj for X11 systems. Mainly intended as an exercise
in porting, it is nevertheless a feature-complete Shanghai variant with the
most necessary features – undoing moves and move suggestion. Any more advanced
bells and whistles are forfeited, but at least the game has a high resolution
tileset scanned from a real set of wooden tiles.
