## Description
_Farm Heroes Super Saga_ is the sequel to Farm Heroes Saga. Just like the
original title it is a match-three game about matching crops. Similar to the
first game the player helps out Biscuit and other animals who are sabotaged by
Rancid the raccoon who stole a crop and won first prize at a country fair. Now
you need to prevent him from cheating again. The linear level path groups
levels as country fair shows.
Accepted matches through swapping are three or more crops, called ‘cropsies’
in the game, of the same type, lined up horizontally or vertically without
interruption. New for this title is the introduction of a large crop created
through a square of identical crops. This crop can then be matched with at
least two others of the same type, also the regular ones, to collect them. As
many levels require the player to collect a number of different crops with a
limited amount of moves, these help a lot as a small number determines their
value and creating matches next to them before harvesting raises the number.
Similarly regular crops also often receive a number that determines their
worth through matches of four crops and this adds a new strategic element.
Matches of five crops or more remove all crops of that type from the board.
Some levels have flowers and these can only be removed by creating multiple
matches next to them.
Another new mechanic is the introduction of wind. In levels with wind the
direction of the swipe that creates a match decides in which direction the
crops will move to fill the gaps, also changing the strategic approach. Also
new are boss battles against Rancid as he throws cans to disrupt the board.
Other new game elements are levels where wind is used to move a squirrel on
the board to get him to reach a nut, and creating matches to lure a goat
towards hay. As usual up to three stars per level can be earned per level and
remaining moves are often converted into bonuses.
Next to coins as a basic currency, gold is used as a premium one. Coins are
mainly used to buy additional moves to complete a level. In-app purchases can
also be used to access boosters. The game uses hearts as lives for an
energy/stamina system. Progress through levels lets players grow plants that
provide rewards such as coins.
