Overview
Princess Cecille’s kingdom is nearly in ruin, and she must find a way to restore it to it’s former glory. Guided by a talked and enigmatic grimoire, the princess journeys on a personal quest beyond her kingdom’s border. She commands a Legion of three characters, and supports them with buffs and heals.
Players will have control of all four characters simultaneously via the controller, with one button assigned to each one. Each character has their own strengths, weaknesses, and abilities. Players will need to decide very quickly how to combine attacks and abilities to create long combo chains. Characters can also block using a single key.
During gameplay, three buffs will appear on the screen that look simlar to cards. Each one has an action and a cost, the cost representing something that can hurt the kingdom or someone within it. Players will have to decide if gaining one of the three buffs is worth the risk, or if the cost is too high for the current situation.
During her ascent to the throne, Princess Cecille will clash with rebel armies, but she must pick a side. Should she choose the mercenary Prime Legion, palatine Council of Princes or cabalistic March Congress?
