Etherland is a strategy game enriched with survival elements. A small, independent Fractiv studio is responsible for the creation of this production – its ranks are joined by one of the founders of Adhesive Games, which supplied the popular at the time Hawken. This title was created with the PC platform in mind.
### Mechanics
Etherland takes players to a fantastic war-torn world. The mechanics of the game was based on a scheme developed for the needs of other representatives of the genre, so in the course of the struggle we are primarily involved in the acquisition of resources and the development of the city, which is the starting point for the army created by us. The clashes with enemies, to which we send various individuals – from the numerous, though weaker infantry, to the powerful beings wreaking havoc in the ranks of the enemy – also play an important role. As we make progress, we can improve our troops, thereby increasing their combat potential.
### Technical issues
Three-dimensional Etherland graphic design presents a high level of workmanship, especially considering the fact that the title was created with virtual reality sets in mind. You may like both the full details of the environment, as well as the models of individual units carefully worked out with attention to detail.
