Dominet Bank Ekstraliga: Season 06/07 is a sport game based on the Italian product of Idoru, Fronte del Basket. As in the original, also in the program published by IQ Publishing, we are dealing with a basketball simulator in an arcade edition.

Basketball fans will certainly appreciate the fact that the authors have tempted themselves for the current Polish teams from the 2006/2007 season. Fourteen teams (Anwil W³oc³awek, AZS Koszalin, Bergson Œl¹sk Wroc³aw, BOT Turow Zgorzelec, Energia Czarni S³upsk, Gipsar Stal Ostrow Wlkp., Kager Gdynia, MKS Soko³ow Znicz Jaros³aw, Polonia SPEC Warszawa, Polpak S.A.) take part in the tournament. In the first half of the year, the Polish basketball league (e.g. Œwiecie, Polpharma Starogard Gdañski, Prokom Trefl Sopot, SKK Kotwica Ko³obrzeg and Unia Tarnow), which in reality are fighting for the lead in the Polish Basketball League.

The game allows you to take part in league competitions, both in groups and in the play-off phase. By taking control of the players of the chosen team, we move to the pitch, where we fight according to all the rules governing European basketball. Although the program is designed for single player mode, it is possible to invite friends to have fun together. Dominet Bank Ekstraliga: Season 06/07 allows you to play games for four people on one computer.

The program has an option to update the line-up of teams, which is done via the Internet.
