## Description
_Der Baul owe_ is a managerial simulation in which the player takes control
over a construction company. The obvious goal is to earn money and in order to
achieve this, the company has to take contracts through call for bids. It is
both important to have a good bid (high enough to be profitable and low enough
to get the job) and a high workload distribution which binds all resources of
the company, i.e. staff and equipment. Expansion eventually leads into
processing multiple contracts at once and entering the field of land
speculation.
Before starting a game, the player can choose the country in which the company
is registered. This influences the running costs and the employees available
for hire. People with low qualification are cheap but also influence the
construction results negatively. The interface is completely based on menus in
which the player analyzes the numbers and adjusts the setting screws of the
business.
