## The Story
Crowmire tells a personal story about depression. While more of us are victims of mental illness, the subject remains a taboo. Something you can’t admit to suffer from. And even when you do talk about it with your close friends and family, the reaction might include comments about laziness and bad days resulting even more loneliness. If you tried a little you would feel better. Get over it.
A symptom of depression is also an idea that you deserve this. You aren’t supposed to be happy. How could you? Scum like you.
Crowmire is build around an idea that the threat comes from inside. Something dark on the edge of your consciousness that tells you your flaws over and over again. All your failures and regrets. How do you fight something that is not physically anywhere, just beyond your own mind? How do you defeat something that has access to all your weaknesses and fears?
In the depths of your own mind you encounter anxiety, loneliness and helplessness. Crowmire visualizes your emotions into a horror story. What can you do when your mind is your worst enemy?
The doors are closed. Where can you hide from your own mind?
