Clonk Rage , the sequel to Clonk Endeavour, is the eighth official release
in the long-running Shareware series of strategic action games that is Clonk.
In Clonk, one or more players compete or collaborate in a number of scenarios
in which the goal might be, for example, to build a settlement with complex
production chains, hunt for monsters and treasure, or eliminate the other
crews. A defining element of the game is its extendability, which results in a
large number of fan-created levels, objects, worlds, and extensions to the
game itself.

The most obvious improvements are a more intuitive control scheme and a fully
graphical menu system, both designed especially for new players. The game is
for the first time released for Linux and MacOS in addition to Windows.
Additionally, the network code has been completely rewritten to make it more
suitable for games played over the Internet.

As usual, many of the game’s graphics, scenarios and objects have been
revised, too.
