## Description

_Cavey_ is a fixed screen shoot ’em up with a prehistoric setting. The game
takes place in the Valley of the Doomed and the player is in control of a
caveman who is being attacked by swarming pterodactyls. The player can move
along the bottom of the valley and throw spears at the pterodactyls that fly
around at the top of the screen. The pterodactyls will attempt to kill the
caveman by dropping rocks that have to be avoided. To kill the attackers the
player throws spears which there are five off on the ground and a new has to
be picked up after every throw. Pterodactyls that are killed falls to the
ground and can kill the player upon contact. When being hit one of three lives
are lost.
