The Car Jacker series is IncaGold’s response to the popularity of Grand Theft Auto III and Mafia style games that combine action and spectacular virtual car driving. The first part of the cycle met with mixed reactions of the players, which, however, did not discourage the publisher to prepare the continuation.

The gameplay in Car Jacker 2 does not differ significantly from the assumptions of the original. The player once again plays the role of a talented car thief, who starts his criminal career. There are a number of diversified missions in a large area of the virtual metropolis. The creators have prepared a wide range of models of cars, which can fall prey to robbers and a large range of instruments necessary in this trade (wytrychy, crowbars, frequency scanners, etc.). In addition to anti-burglary protection, the additional difficulty are the guardians of law, lurking for amateurs of someone else’s property, as well as competitive gangs, which jealously guard their territories.

The Car Jacker 2 technology is based on the improved solutions from the first part. The creators took care of a slightly better graphic design and a more complex driving model, although this still has little to do with realism. The quality of workmanship of the game leaves no illusions about the low-budget product category.
