This pack includes Map Zerex for Survival Mode.
After installing DLC you will find new button in main menu of the Game –
Survival.
After that :
1\. Click on this menu button.
2\. Choose the Zerex button in the opened window with the list of Maps.
3\. When map will open, just play.
